PT. Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) is a State-owned enterprise established in 1973, owned by the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Finance. The Company was formed by the Government of Indonesia in 1973 to provide investment banking, securities trading and brokerage, venture capital, asset management and office building management. Bahana Group is state-owned that does not conduct any Initial Public Offering (IPO), where the Company’s shares is fully-owned by Government of Indonesia. Bahana Group is based in Jakarta and now has key 6 subsidiaries, namely PT Bahana Artha Ventura (running business in venture capital), PT Bahana Securities (investment banking, securities trading brokerage), PT Bahana TCW Investment Management (asset management), PT Grahaniaga Tata Utama (property), PT Bahana Mitra Usaha (finance consulting), and PT Bahana Mitra Investa (finance consulting).

Legal Officer (LOBS)
Requirements:

Bachelor degree in law
Have Min. 2 year of working experience as Legal Officer
Have experience in capital market industry
Good command in English both oral and written
Good understanding of any aspect of Indonesia law.
Able to work as team.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Having good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and high initiative.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
Computer literate (especially Microsoft office).

Receptionist (RC)
Requirements :

Female, Able interesting and Maximum age 27 years
Graduates minimal D1
Experience working as a Receptionist at least 2 years
Able to work in teams
Strong English active both oral and written
Strong persuasive, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and have high initiative
Responsible, adaptable, and quick to learn new things
Have the ability to operate Computer

Administration Staff Investment Banking(ADM-IB)
Requirements :

Male/Female with Diploma/Bachelor degree. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Have an experience (minimum 1 year) in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work as team
Good command in English both oral and written
Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and high initiative
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
Adaptive and fast learner
Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)

Temporary Settlement Officer (TSA)
Requirements :

Bachelor from reputable university
Have experience in Settlement position in securities companies preferred
Good command in English both oral and written
Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work as team
Proactive and high initiative
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
Adaptive and fast learner
Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)

Internal Auditor (IA-QAIA)
Requirements :

Min. S1 Degree in Accounting / Management / System Information.
Min. 3 years working experience as an Internal Audit or public accountant office in financial institution
Have some exposure on capital market high preferred
Good command in English both oral and written
Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work as team
Proactive and high initiative
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
Adaptive and fast learner
Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)
